Özel Meltem Çocuk Akademisi Yabancı Dil Zümresi olarak öğrencilerimizi yüksek düzeyde güdülenmiş, hem bireysel hem de grup çalışmalarında başarılı, kendine güvenen ve en önemlisi eğlenerek ve yaşayarak öğrenen ‘Uluslararası Dil Standartları’ çerçevesinde edindiği temel dil becerilerini etkili bir biçimde kullanabilen yenilikçi, sorgulayan ve yaratıcı bireyler yetiştirmeyi amaçlamaktayız.
Günümüzde hayat boyu öğrenme ön plandadır. Hızla değişen ve gelişen dünyaya ayak uydurmanın en kolay yolu erken yaşta kişisel gelişimi desteklemektir. Çocuğun hayatı oyun üzerine kuruludur. Çocukla iletişimin en güzel yolu ise oyundur. Bu sebeple Özel Meltem Çocuk Akademisi olarak öğrencilerimizi erken yaşta oyunlar ile desteklediğimiz yabancı dil öğretiminde öğrencilerimize dil öğreniminde ayrıcalık sunmaktayız.
Öğrencilerimizi erken yaşta yabancı dile maruz bırakarak hedeflediğimiz amaçlarımız;

Özel Meltem Çocuk Akademisi Yabancı Dil Zümresi olarak; eğlenceli ve anlamlı bir bütünlük taşıyan temalarımız sayesinde öğrencilerimiz günlük yaşantıları ile öğrenmeleri arasında kolaylıkla bağlantı kurabilmektedir. Derse hakim olan konularımız günlük yaşama bağlı olarak ve öğrencilerimizin yaşı baz alınarak özenle seçiliyor. Dahası seçilen konular birbirine sarmal olarak bir bütün halinde derste işleniyor. ( Bir sonraki konu kendinden önceki konuyu içine alarak devam ediyor. )
Öğrencilerimizin yabancı dili konuşurken doğal ve rahat hissetmelerini sağlamak amacıyla, doğal öğrenim ortamları oluşturmaktayız. Bu sebeple öğrencilerimiz ile sadece sınıf ortamında değil okulumuzun her alanında etkileşim halindeyiz. Zaman zaman okulumuzda bulunan atölyelerde, botanik bahçede ya da konuya uygun bir pano hazırlığı ile canlandırma tekniğini kullanarak konular işlenmektedir. Bu sayede öğrencilerimize dil öğrenimini, günlük yaşantılarını dahil ederek ve pratik yapma fırsatı sunarak gerçekleştirmekteyiz. Bunlara ek olarak olarak; Flashcards ( Bilgi kartı ),Posters ( Poster ), Storycards (Hikaye kartı), Worksheets (Çalışma kağıtları), Audio materials, Videos (Ses gereçleri, videolar ), Puppets (Kuklalar), Games (Oyunlar ), Boards games ( Masa oyunları ), Real objects ( Gerçek nesneler ), Songs-Dance ( Şarkılar-Dans ), Drama ( Role play, Simulations ) (Canlandırma), Cartoons (Çizgi filmler), Drawing and Coloring ( Çizme ve Boyama ), Questions-Answers (Soru-cevap),Storybook ( Hikaye kitabı), Role Play) vb. yöntemler ile dersler desteklenmektedir.

As the Private Meltem Children’s Academy Foreign Language Department, we aim to raise our students as innovative, questioning and creative individuals who are highly motivated, successful in both individual and group work, self-confident and most importantly, who can effectively use the basic language skills they have acquired within the framework of ‘International Language Standards’, who learn by having fun and living.
Nowadays, lifelong learning is at the forefront. The easiest way to keep up with the rapidly changing and developing world is to support personal development at an early age. A child’s life is based on play. The best way to communicate with a child is play. For this reason, as the Private Meltem Children’s Academy, we offer our students a privilege in language learning by supporting them with games at an early age in foreign language teaching.
Our goals by exposing our students to foreign languages at an early age are;
 To facilitate foreign language learning,
 support positive and permanent relationships in interpersonal communication,
 To support their memory and attention,
 To increase socialization and self-confidence,
 To support the peak of academic success through mental and cognitive development.
 Our most basic and important goal is to keep our students’ interest and motivation in language learning high. Our students’ love of foreign language and having fun in our lessons is always our priority.
As Private Meltem Children’s Academy Foreign Language Department; Thanks to our fun and meaningful themes, our students can easily establish a connection between their daily lives and their learning. Our dominant topics in the lesson are carefully selected based on daily life and the age of our students. Moreover, the selected topics are covered in the lesson as a whole in a spiral manner. In order to ensure that our students feel natural and comfortable while speaking a foreign language, we create natural learning environments. For this reason, we interact with our students not only in the classroom environment but also in every area of our school. From time to time, subjects are covered in our school workshops, in the botanical garden or by using the animation technique with a board preparation suitable for the subject. In this way, we provide our students with the opportunity to learn the language by including their daily lives and by providing them with the opportunity to practice. In addition to these; Flashcards, Posters, Storycards, Worksheets, Audio materials, Videos, Puppets, Games, Boards games, Real objects, Songs-Dance, Drama (Role play, Simulations), Cartoons, Drawing and Coloring, Questions-Answers, Storybook, Role Play, etc. methods are used to support the lessons.
